Yes. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed based on your selected style, color palette, and occasion. Custom requests are submitted through the request form on our Shop Arrangements page. Once your request form is submitted, we will review your details and reach out to you directly to refine and finalize your arrangement before production. We will do our best to accommodate specific flower requests. However, availability may vary based on season and supplier stock. If substitutions are needed, we will maintain the overall design aesthetic.

We recommend placing orders as soon as possible but at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For last-minute requests, please contact us directly to check availability.

Delivery is available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Orders requested within 48 hours are subject to availability. Please contact us directly to confirm.

We will attempt to contact the recipient. If unsuccessful, the arrangement may be left in a safe location when appropriate or redelivery may be required for an additional fee. If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address details, lack of access, or no response from the recipient or customer, the order will be considered fulfilled. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time will receive a partial refund, reflecting labor costs only. Floral and supply costs are non-refundable, as materials are purchased and prepared specifically for each order.

Pricing is based on the type of flowers, arrangement size, design complexity, and current market pricing for blooms.
